The StickyMate™ website is owned and operated by FHS Technology Pty Ltd  ABN 17-165-594-276. By accessing stickymate.com.au and purchasing products, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms, governed by Australian Legislation. We recommend periodically reviewing this page, as terms are subject to change.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, errors may occur. StickyMate™ provides information in good faith and will endeavor to correct any mistakes brought to our attention.

Limitation of Liability: Subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), StickyMate™’s total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profits) arising from the sale or use of our products.

2. Account Security & Data

Shared Database: By creating an account, you acknowledge that your credentials and personal info (name, contact details) are stored in a shared database used for authentication across other websites operated by our company.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): For enhanced security, we offer 2FA via authenticator apps. We strongly recommend this to protect your account beyond standard passwords.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Transactions

Legally Binding Agreement: A contract is formed once StickyMate™ sends an order confirmation email following your payment.

Pricing: All prices are in $AUD and include GST.

Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or supplier errors.

Payments: We accept Direct Deposit, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX, Visa and Mastercard.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply for heavy items or remote locations. We will confirm these costs with you before finalizing the order; if you do not agree, the order may be cancelled.

Our policy complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or exchange if goods:

• Are defective or faulty
• Are incorrect due to our packing error (StickyMate™ will cover return postage in this instance).

• Note: Proof of purchase is required, and goods must be returned within a reasonable period.

Change of Mind

• StickyMate™ does not automatically process refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully.

Restocking & Exchanges (Conditional)

We may offer a courtesy return for incorrectly purchased items if:

1. We are notified within 7 days of delivery.

2. Products are unopened, unused, and in pristine condition.

3. To ensure a full refund, if agreed to, all returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. This allows StickyMate™ to maintain our quality standards and resell the product as new, it’s the fairest way to support both our customers and our business.

4. Fees: A minimum restocking fee of 20% or $35 (whichever is greater) applies.

5. Exclusions: Incorrectly purchased consumables (such as linerless labels or thermal rolls) are non-refundable. Freight and credit card charges will not be credited. 

• Descriptions: We verify descriptions and images to aid your selection, though they serve as a guide.

• OEM Software: "Original Equipment Manufacturer" software is generally not sold standalone and must be bundled with related hardware.

  • OEM items do not include retail boxes, manuals, or technical support.

  • Microsoft Windows OEM: Must be purchased by a System Builder or with components for a new PC. StickyMate™ is not liable for registration issues if these criteria are not met.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the ACL.

Our goods come with guarantees that ensure they are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose.
